Christine Gibson is a graduate of Ohio University where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art History and a minor in Anthropology. Prior to joining the Oklahoma Contemporary team, she served as program director at the Edmond Historical Society & Museum and interned at the Oklahoma City Museum of Art. While at the Edmond Historical Society & Museum, she oversaw the conception and construction of the Children’s Learning Center and development of the 1889 Territorial Schoolhouse programs.
In her spare time, Christine enjoys painting, baking, camping and donating her time to local nonprofits. She lives in Oklahoma City with her husband, a playful Australian shepherd puppy and two cats.
