David Stone joined Oklahoma Contemporary as the IT and database associate in 2022. He provides support across departments, both in the arts center's use of Tessitura (its customer-relationship management software) and as the front line for general IT projects and concerns.
After his education at Canadian Valley Technology Center, David started his career in IT in 2014, as a field installer for new store technology at Love’s Travel Stops. Ready to spend more time at home after a few years of traveling, he moved to the help desk as a tier II technician, rounding out his experience in hardware and software installation and support.
David was born in Oklahoma City and grew up in Yukon. He has strong roots and family in Oklahoma and is excited to see the area continue to develop and expand. He believes that arts are fundamental to this growth.
