Emily Poppe moves the mission forward by cultivating and stewarding meaningful relationships with Oklahoma Contemporary Arts Center members, supporters and community partners. Emily is also the liaison to The Garde, Oklahoma Contemporary’s young professional association.
Prior to joining Oklahoma Contemporary, Emily served in fundraising roles at the Oklahoma Hall of Fame, Oklahoma City University and Norman Regional Health Foundation. She also previously worked as the operations manager at KIPP OKC, a charter middle school, and director of corporate communications at CMA Strategies, a national political consulting firm.
Emily grew up in Edmond, Oklahoma and studied advertising and public relations at the University of Oklahoma. She married her husband, Nathan, in May of 2023, and together they have a dog named Kevin.
