Join Oklahoma Contemporary and SPARK! Creative Lab for an exclusive screening of Ditty Bops: The Art of Listening, directed by Zachary Burns. This documentary unfolds the story of OKC veteran Dr. Neil Chapman, his top-secret service as a Morse code interceptor in the Vietnam War and his ongoing battle with Parkinson’s disease caused by Agent Orange. Interwoven with SPARK!’s creative journey to adapt Chapman's story for the stage, the film explores the depth and humanity revealed when one veteran's experience is truly listened to. Following the screening, SPARK! Executive Director Nicole Poole will moderate a panel discussion with Burns, Angel Little, James Metcalfe and Hui Cha Poos.
