Courses in jewelry making, sculpture and fabrication are taught in both Oklahoma Contemporary’s main building and in The Studios. State-of-the-art facilities and equipment are available in the digital media lab, ceramic studios and flex spaces.
Questions about a multi-week class? Tuition for multi-week courses does not include materials. When signing up for a class, all students agree to abide by the policies set forth in the Student Handbook.

Registration extended to April 7!
Learn the basics of jewelry making and metalsmithing by designing and creating your own rings. You’ll start by crafting a textured band and then advance to incorporating shaped and polished stones and learning about bezel sizing. You’ll finish by making a large statement ring.
Of course, we want you to make beautiful things for your bad self, but I have an ulterior motive. I want everyone’s hands adorned so we can single-handedly bring back the superlative ʼ90s diss, Talk to the hand. Talk! To! The! Hand! Are your hands with me?

• If one class is postponed due to weather or unforeseen instructor circumstances, the rain date is June 5.
Open Studio time is included with registration. Open Studio allows currently enrolled students to work on their projects in Oklahoma Contemporary’s studios outside of class meetings. Availability varies weekly, and times are posted outside each studio.
