Eight-Week Class | Intro to Jewelry Making and Metalsmithing - Tuesday


Learn basic metalsmithing techniques to create your own unique jewelry objects. The course will include the demonstration of foundational techniques such as texturing metals, sawing, finishing work, using a torch to solder, ring sizing and stone setting. Students will learn skills in design, technique and craftsmanship as they complete several one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces. Additional studio time (Open Studio hours) is included in the class registration. Registration closes Sunday, Sept. 19 at 11:59 p.m.
