Beginners welcome! This class is all about natural color! Learn about plant-based dye with artist and designer Isa Rodriguez. Harvest material from local plants to create eco-prints. Use marigold flowers to create warm yellows. Use madder roots to make vibrant reds. Build an indigo vat to create brilliant blues.
Dye cotton, silk, and wool to create one-of-a-kind pieces—embrace your natural style!

If one class is postponed due to weather or unforeseen instructor circumstances, the rain date is December 8.
Open Studio time is included with registration. Open Studio allows currently enrolled students to work on their projects in Oklahoma Contemporary’s studios outside of class meetings. Availability varies weekly and times are posted outside each studio.
