|Soulful Awareness is a call to action. It is an opportunity to awaken to a more ancient yet timely part of our humanity through breathing technology, mindful awareness, focused movement and soul-infused group interactions. The goal of Soulful Awareness is to practically create change within the self to positively affect the larger community. Students will familiarize themselves with the mind-body connection, resonate frequency law and the breath as chi/energy/Prana. Projects and assignments will include small-group movement experiments and short writing assignments. Students will critique the differences in mindless, disconnected social interactions and more soulfully aware interactions between people.
