Oklahoma Contemporary cordially invites you to a curated weekend filled with one-of-a-kind arts experiences, including the opening celebration for La casa que nos inventamos: Contemporary Art From Guadalajara, performances from and talks with La casa artists, art-making, music and more.
The free festivities will reflect some of the pomp and circumstance originally planned for our March 2020 grand opening, which we canceled to help slow the spread of COVID-19.

Festivities include:
- Opening of La casa que nos inventamos, featuring works from nearly 20 Guadalajara artists
- Interactive performances (and palm readings!)
- Artist talks
- Hands-on art experiences
- Car parade
- Food trucks
- Music
- Plus so much more!
Watch this page for more information, including a detailed schedule of programs!
La casa que nos inventamos: Contemporary Art From Guadalajara is supported by the Elizabeth Firestone Graham Foundation, Skip and Joan Cunningham, G. David Neff and Suzanne Peck, The Colcord Hotel, Annie Bohanon, The Chickasaw Nation, The Kanady Family, George Records and Velocigo.
