In light of the COVID-19 public health crisis, Oklahoma Contemporary has postponed the opening of our new home, including Studio School, Camp Contemporary and Public Programs.
We appreciate your understanding as we navigate this ongoing situation, and we look forward to welcoming you soon. In the meantime, please explore the all-ages virtual and digital programs on our blog, New Light.
Oklahoma Contemporary is a center for community engagement and dialogue that provides a vital platform to learn more about contemporary art, artists, ideas and creative practice. When we open (currently delayed by the COVID-19 crisis), Public Programs will include talks by distinguished artists, lectures by curators and scholars, conversations, panel discussions, symposia, cross-disciplinary experimentation, ephemeral experiences, screenings, performances, artist demonstrations and activities that support exploration and inquiry in the galleries -- most of which are free.
