Oklahoma Contemporary Announces New Culinary Partnership with Quincy Bake Shop
For Immediate Release
OKLAHOMA CITY (Dec. 9, 2025) — Oklahoma Contemporary Arts Center is pleased to announce a new culinary partnership with Quincy Bake Shop, the beloved Oklahoma City patisserie known for its French-inspired pastries and beautifully crafted desserts. Quincy Bake Shop will open inside Oklahoma Contemporary’s Café Contemporary space in Spring 2026, offering an elevated and inclusive dining experience that complements the arts center’s exhibitions, educational programs and vibrant community atmosphere.
Founded in 2019 by pastry chef Trisha O’Donoghue, Quincy Bake Shop has become a local favorite for items such as chocolate croissants, hand-decorated cookies, artisanal sweets and thoughtful beverage pairings. Now part of Accept-ional House of Brands, a nonprofit dedicated to creating purposeful employment opportunities for individuals of all abilities, Quincy brings a mission-driven approach that deeply aligns with Oklahoma Contemporary’s values of accessibility, creativity and community impact.
The expanded café concept will feature curated menu pairings that include cappuccinos, pastries, artisanal desserts, wine, homemade soups and healthy salads. Visitors will also experience artistic elements within the café space that showcase contributions from neurodivergent and neurotypical creators, reflecting the partnership’s shared commitment to creativity and inclusion.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Quincy Bake Shop to Oklahoma Contemporary,” said Trent Riley, executive director. “Their commitment to quality, craft, and community aligns perfectly with our mission to make contemporary art accessible and inspiring to all. Quincy’s offerings will enhance the visitor experience and become an integral part of the warm, welcoming atmosphere our audiences love.”
“Visitors will enjoy elevated pairings crafted by a talented team that reflects our commitment to empowering individuals with diverse abilities,” said Tim Herbel, founder of Accept-ional House of Brands.
The partnership further strengthens Oklahoma Contemporary’s role as a hub for creativity, offering free exhibitions, performances, hands-on studios and educational programs that serve diverse audiences across Oklahoma and beyond.
