OKLAHOMA CITY (July 15, 2026) — Oklahoma Contemporary will hold its popular Luxe Affair fundraising event on Sept. 24, 2026. The biennial fundraiser supports Oklahoma Contemporary’s mission of free admission to exhibitions and accessible educational programming. This year’s event, Luxe Affair: Psychedelic Elegance, also serves as an experiential celebration of the arts center’s forthcoming exhibition Happily One Freak: A Wayne Coyne Retrospective.

The dazzling after dark celebration will feature a blend of high fashion, immersive art, live music and radical self-expression inspired by Happily One Freak. Throughout the evening, guests will encounter live music, immersive installations, dancing, cocktails, unexpected interventions and unforgettable surprises that blur the line between party and performance art.

Proceeds from Luxe Affair support Oklahoma Contemporary’s free admission and educational programs, providing innovative exhibitions, impactful community programming and accessible arts experiences for all Oklahomans. Tickets start at $150 for general admission.
