Make + Take | Robot Sculptures
Saturday, November 12 | 1 - 4 p.m.
Let’s get building! Taking inspiration from exhibiting artist Melvin Edwards, young artists will use recycled materials to create a robot sculpture. After constructing the robot, participants will use silver paint, glitter, pipe cleaners and foil to finish their robotic friend.
All ages welcome. Supplies included. No RSVP needed.
Snowman Snow Globes

This playful snow-globe ornament will be the perfect addition to your holiday decorations! Visitors will use plastic cups, pom-poms, glue, glitter and lots of fake snow to create this festive piece. Break away from the hustle and bustle of the season, and join us for an afternoon of family art making!

Nothing says holiday cheer quite like snow and evergreen trees! Participants will create a winter-scene printing plate using textured paper, foam sheets and bubble wrap. They’ll then use ink to create a beautiful one-of-a-kind print that can be framed and cherished for holidays to come.
Collage Paper Penguins
Saturday, December 17 | 1 - 4 p.m.
You’ll need more than just black and white to create these colorful penguins! Using an array of materials, artists will draw, paint and cut their way to an original penguin masterpiece. Bundle up and waddle over to Oklahoma Contemporary for this fun collage art project!
